We have “No income proof” products available and can even help finance bankruptcies and foreclosures. We have both institutional and private lenders that will lend you the money you need today. Equity Take Out Mortgages
TriPro has access to both institutional and commercial lenders. Many of these lenders are not accessible to the general public, but offer competitive and flexible mortgage financing. All loans are underwritten by principal decision makers, which ensures speed, privacy, and a minimum of red tape. Most loans close with two weeks – two months with minimal paperwork. If the property qualifies and the loan makes sense for the borrower and the lender, we can get it funded.
